Our decals are cut from high-quality automotive vinyl designed for durability and a clean, professional finish. Each decal is precision cut and shipped with transfer tape applied, making installation straightforward whether you’re applying it to glass, paint, or other smooth surfaces.

These decals are made to handle real-world conditions. The vinyl is weather-resistant, car-wash safe, and designed to hold up against sun, rain, and daily driving without fading or peeling when properly installed.

Material: Premium automotive-grade vinyl.

Installation: Each decal arrives pre-masked with transfer tape. Simply clean the surface, position the decal, apply pressure, and remove the transfer tape once the vinyl has adhered.

Surface Compatibility: Works best on smooth, clean surfaces such as:• Vehicle windows• Painted body panels• Side mirrors• Laptops or other smooth surfaces

Care: Allow the decal to cure for 24 hours after installation before washing. For best longevity, hand washing is recommended, though decals are safe for regular vehicle washing once fully cured.

Returns

Because many of our decals are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Returns may be accepted only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A photo of the product

• A short description of the issue

If approved, we will provide instructions for the return.

Refunds

If your return is approved, you may receive either:

• A replacement product,

or

• A refund to your original payment method

Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Installation Responsibility

Our decals are shipped with transfer tape and installation instructions. Because proper installation is the responsibility of the buyer, we cannot offer refunds for installation errors or damage during installation.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Since many of our decals are cut to order, processing times may vary slightly during busy periods.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when applicable).

Shipping Locations: We currently ship across Canada and the United States using Canada Post.

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location, package size, and selected shipping speed.

Estimated Delivery Times

Canada Post estimated delivery times:

Canada• Standard: 3–7 business days

United States• Standard: 5–10 business days

Please note these are estimates provided by Canada Post and delays may occur during holidays, weather disruptions, or high-volume shipping periods.

Tracking: Tracking is included on most parcel shipments. Some small decal orders sent via letter mail may not include tracking in order to keep shipping costs low.

Lost or Delayed Packages: Once an order has been handed to Canada Post, delivery times are outside of our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help open an investigation with Canada Post.

Incorrect AddressPlease ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Local PickupLocal pickup may be available in the Kootenay region by appointment. Contact us directly to arrange pickup.
